Merits and advantages of our lavatories
Our lavatories are made of glass-polyester laminate
Glass-polyester laminate is a material made by combining two materials possessing different mechanical and technological traits.
In industrial use polyester-glass (polyester resin + fiberglass) and epoxide (epoxide resin + wood) laminates are most common.
As a construction material the laminate is used in various industry fields: shipbuilding (for ex. hulls, superstructures), boatbuilding, railways, motorization (for ex. parts of car bodies, interior equipment, wagon roofs, cisterns), aviation (e.g.  fuselages, fuel tanks), buildings (e.g. panels, partition walls), chemical and oil industry (e.g. tanks, reaction ladles), food industry, engineering industry.
The material used in the production of our lavatories possesses  numerous merits, some of which are:

-very good mechanical properties – high resistance to impact, flexing, tearing, retaining overall dimensions in changing temperatures.
-low weight density
-high durability and infallibility resulting in resistance to corrosion, decay (does not grow mould or rot) and photoageing connected with ultraviolet radiation.
-easy to keep clean – formed impurities may be easily removed using water mixed with mild cleaning substances.
-high resistance to the influence of atmospheric conditions – resistant to weather conditions (acid rain), animal feces (urine), not sensitive to high temperature, resistant to water and steam.
-possibility of employing various colour schemes and styles
-the laminate is extremely long-lasting (as research shows, at least 50 years) resulting in the low cost of exploitation, maintenance or renovation.
